Position: Graphics Coordinator

Location : Fort Langley, BC, Canada
Reports to: Director of Estimating & Proposals

The Graphics Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the Whitewater Estimating and Proposal department on a multitude of projects. This position will develop an understanding of the company, products, customers, markets and competitors as well as define and align goals with departmental goals for mutual success. The primary goal of this position is to coordinate all graphics functions for sales, including proposals, bid documents, PowerPoint presentations and other deliverables as needed.

Essential Responsibilities: 
Graphics Coordination

Obtain deliverables from departments and team members to design, build, print and deliver compelling Proposal Books to the Sales team
Utilize deliverables to create a highly effective and dynamic sales presentation
Assist in the development of sales support materials such as Sales Toolkit
Maintain project, product lists and installation list
Ensure all projects are consistent and follow brand identity standards
Support the development of a digital sales tool platform and keeping it up-to-date
Graphic Design Support

Edit, update and manage photos
Support, collect, label and file project images for marketing, proposals and Sales use
Create and update sales sheets with the use of templates
Update corporate templates with the most current designs
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a graphic design position
Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, or equivalent
Expert in Adobe products such as Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design
Proven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, project and priority management skills
Strong attention to detail and proofing skills
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorshipExcellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate (written and oral) and collaborate
Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships with all levels in the organization
Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, fun and professional environment
Ability to work independently and as a team; self-starter and energetic
